I'm a classically trained flutist who also sings, plays piano and percussion, and teaches music in prisons. Alongside performing and teaching, I spent seven years as an artist manager and booking agent at Colbert Artists Management, and now work as a freelance consultant advising musicians on branding, social media, styling, art direction and career strategy.

Raised in the U.S. and based around NYC, I'm also now training to become a healer through craniosacral therapy, energy work and herbalism. I feel most grounded spending time outdoors in nature and it’s there that I find creative inspiration, joy and presence.
